I arrived on holiday in the UK and proceeded to take hundreds of pictures with my Canon EOS 20D in RAW mode. I had taken my portable harddrive with and was using my mothers computer to download the files for storage. When asked to show them the pictures on the computer - I could not - I tried to download the RAW viewer from Canon but only the updates are available. I spent MANY hours surfing the web but with no luck - needless to say my families opinion of Canon has dropped a lot!!
