OpenRAW

I shot 138 Fuji.RAF image files to a Sandisk 4GB CF card recently and then it seized. The last 31 files though being seen as files of the right size and type cannot be opened because of corruption. Having tried several file recovery applications without success can anyone suggest a way of opening these files or repairing them so that I can recover the images?
I think I must have interrupted the writing process before the closure of the 108th file with all the others being stored in the buffer for writing to commence. File Scavenger certainly 'saw' the last 31 files as one file of 1.82GB. I have managed to copy the corrupted files to my hard drive while Fuji take a look at the card.
