OpenRAW

As a Nikon owner for the past 20 years, I was extremely disappointed that Nikon has encrypted part of the RAW format in the latest models. This decision effectively reduces the value of the equipment, and makes it less competitive in the market.

Nikon and other manufacturers should be embracing third-party software as a way to increase their business value, not as a competitor.

I fully support the move towards standard RAW formats.
