OpenRAW

Photographers have to accept the RAW format standard set by a manufacturer. Once a person has paid for the hardware then how the RAW data is processed is no other persons business. Imagine Kodak telling you that you can't process their film using someone else's chemicals - ever heard of KodaChrome? I guess some things never change.
