OpenRAW

I have recently been looking at digital SLRs, but, being a linux user and wanting to work on my own reconstruction software, I won't be buying one until someone offers me an open RAW format.

It's about time manufacturers took notice and opened their formats up. The hardware is so different I doubt there can be any competitive disadvantage in doing so.
