the same situation was in computer radiology ten years ago. Every company has own proprietary format. And now? All data are transfered in standard DICOM v 3.0 format. Use of proprietary RAW format is the same as Dinosaurus in everyday traffic. "DINO" is the right name for proprietary RAW format!
