OpenRAW

This is more than a future problem. This is today: Just bought my second digicam of a different brand, and my workflow slowed down considerably. 1) I need to work with different browser/converter software in order to see and select my pictures. 2) Renumbering my files to one consistents system becomes more complicated (what was my last number?; and was that used on RAW-files from this or that camera?
A unified format (like DNG og whatever) helps to keep a streamlined workflow today and tomorrow.
