It is the way it SHOULD be. Current digital photo libraries should NEVER become inaccessible because of propriety greed. Nor should I have to worry about this everytime I take a photo. A "once in a lifetime" shot should never be subject to being lost forever. If I take a photo, I own that photo, and I should have full access to every bit of information contained in that photo, NOW AND FOREVER!
