I am archiving old photos asa volunteer...

I am archiving old photos asa volunteer for local history museums using CANON 1Ds and CANON 1DS MarkII. I shoot RAW but FEAR what will appenin even ten years to these files. Already I have TWO CANON RAW file formats.
